How do I place a custom order?
You can submit a custom order request through our website or contact us directly via email or Instagram. Please include as many details as possible (design idea, size, wording, event date), and we'll guide you through the process.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the item and level of customization. Most orders are completed within 1–3 weeks. Rush orders may be available upon request.
Do you offer design previews?
Yes! For most custom pieces, a design mock-up will be sent for your approval before production begins.
Can I request changes after seeing the design?
Absolutely. We want you to love your piece! Minor revisions are included.
Do you ship or offer local pickup?
We offer shipping, delivery (GTA area) and local pickup. Our pick-up location is located in Scarborough (Brimley and Lawrence). The exact address will be shared with your order confirmation. Kindly reach out for all shipping inquires.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Stripe. Full payment is typically required before production begins. Some orders may be started with an initial deposit.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
